Scorsyde is a sports social platform that allows users to follow teams, players, competitions and sports communities; view sports-related content; participate in live match discussions; create posts, comments and moments; and interact with other sports fans.

Scorsyde may include live scores, fixtures, standings, match information, community discussions, social feeds, notifications, direct or group communication features, user profiles and other sports-related experiences.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scorsyde. If the laws in your country require you to be older to use online services or to consent to data processing, you must meet that higher age requirement.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Scorsyde.

You may not use Scorsyde if you are legally prohibited from using the service or if your account was previously suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your password, allow unauthorized access to your account or impersonate another person, team, athlete, organization or brand.

You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately.

We may refuse, reclaim or change usernames, handles, profile names or other account identifiers if they are misleading, infringe rights, impersonate another person or organization, or violate these Terms.

Scorsyde allows users to create, upload, post, send, share and interact with content, including text, images, videos, comments, reactions, profile information, usernames, messages, live room messages, community posts and moments. This is called “User Content”.

You keep ownership of the User Content you create. However, by posting or sharing User Content on Scorsyde, you grant Scorsyde a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, modify for technical purposes, promote and make your User Content available as needed to operate, improve and provide the service.

You confirm that you have all rights needed to post your User Content and that your content does not violate the rights of any person, team, league, organization, athlete, brand or third party.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it.

Scorsyde is designed to be a safe sports community. Users can report content, comments, moments, messages, profiles, live room activity or accounts that they believe violate these Terms or our community standards.

Users may also block other users. Blocking may limit visibility, interactions, messages and other forms of contact between the blocking user and the blocked user.

We may review reports using human review, automated systems or a combination of both. We may remove content, restrict visibility, issue warnings, suspend accounts, terminate accounts or take other appropriate action when content or behavior violates these Terms.

We aim to act on valid reports within a reasonable time, especially where content may be abusive, harmful, illegal, sexually explicit, threatening or unsafe.

Scorsyde may provide live rooms, comments, direct messages, group chats or other interactive communication features. You must use these features respectfully and lawfully.

Do not use chats, live rooms or messaging features to harass, threaten, spam, abuse, impersonate, exploit, share explicit content, share private information, coordinate harmful activity or violate another user’s rights.

We may moderate, restrict, remove or preserve chat and live room content where necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, protect users or comply with legal obligations.

Scorsyde may display sports scores, fixtures, standings, player information, team information, statistics, match timelines and other sports data. While we try to provide accurate and timely information, sports data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect or unavailable.

Scorsyde is not responsible for decisions you make based on sports information shown in the app. Scorsyde does not provide betting, gambling, financial or professional advice.

Scorsyde, including its name, logo, design, features, software, user interface, graphics, branding, code and related materials, is owned by Scorsyde or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce or create derivative works from Scorsyde without our prior written permission, except where allowed by law.

Sports team names, league names, player names, competition names, logos or trademarks displayed in the service may belong to their respective owners. Use of such names or information does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless clearly stated.

If you believe content on Scorsyde infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us with details of the content, your ownership claim and your contact information.

We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Scorsyde, you agree that we may collect, use and process information as described in that policy.

Scorsyde may offer paid features, subscriptions, digital products or other purchases in the future. If paid features are made available, pricing, billing terms, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown before purchase.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may be managed by those platforms and subject to their payment, refund and cancellation rules.

Unless required by law or platform rules, payments may be non-refundable once digital services have been provided.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed Scorsyde to legal liability, abused the service or used Scorsyde in a harmful or unlawful way.

We may remove or restrict content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, platform policies or community safety standards.

You may stop using Scorsyde at any time. If account deletion is available in the app, you may request deletion through the app or by contacting us.

We aim to keep Scorsyde available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or available in every location.

We may update, modify, suspend, remove or discontinue parts of Scorsyde at any time, including features, sports coverage, communities, content, integrations or data sources.

Scorsyde is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that user content, sports data, match information, notifications, messages or other materials will be accurate, complete, current, safe or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scorsyde and its owners, employees, contractors, partners and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Scorsyde harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may provide notice in the app, on the website or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Scorsyde after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
